We offer a full refund or free replacement if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty

  • The received item is incorrect or does not match the product description

  • The customization details are incorrect due to our error

  • The item is missing parts or the package was lost during shipping

  • The size or product received does not match your order

📩 Please contact us at support@giftsforyoustore.com within 30 days of delivery, and include clear photos showing the issue.

In most approved cases, you will not be required to return the item.


❌ Non-Refundable / Non-Replaceable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
    (e.g. wrong size, wrong address, incorrect customization text)

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

  • Items that have been used, washed, or intentionally damaged

  • Requests based on personal preference or change of mind

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)

    • Clear photos of the issue (product + packaging if possible)

    Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


💰 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: up to 10 business days

  • PayPal: usually 3–5 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
